She lies on her back in a standard missionary setup. Instead of lying flat on top of her, he kneels upright between her legs with his torso vertical. He holds her hips or thighs and pulls her toward him rather than leaning down. His upright position gives him a full range of motion and a clear view. She can place her feet flat on the bed and push back into him.
