Both partners stand. She faces away from him and he enters from behind, wrapping both arms around her torso, one across her chest, one across her stomach. Both stay upright. If there's a mirror nearby, position yourselves facing it so you can see each other's expressions. Movement is slow and pressing rather than thrusting.
